“The Gaither Vocal Band is an American southern gospel vocal group, named after its founder and leader Bill Gaither. Founded in the early ’80s, Gaither Vocal Band is one of America’s leading faith-based vocal groups. While Gaither remained the only original member of the ensemble, many well-regarded CCM/gospel singers have passed through the band’s ranks, including Russ Taff, Guy Penrod, Wes Hampton, Michael English, Mark Lowry, and David Phelps. About Lynda Randle

Lynda Randle is known as a Gaither Homecoming artist since she was recruited by Bill Gaither in 1998. She also markets a number of singing videos featuring her mellow alto voice in gospel music, particularly southern gospel. She also heads Lynda Randle Ministries in Kansas City, Missouri. Lynda has been a favorite on the Gaither Homecoming Series and Videos for over a decade, and her two most requested songs, “God On The Mountain” and “I’m Free” have garnered digital streams in the tens of millions. A Multi Dove and Grammy nominee, Her Dove Award for the project, “A Tribute To Mahalia Jackson”, helped introduce her powerful and passionate alto voice to the world. Jeff & Sheri Easter have won several awards through their career. Among them: 5 Dove Awards, 2 Grammy Award nominations and 2 International Country Gospel Music Association Awards. Jeff Easter and Sheri Williamson met in August 1984 during the Albert E. Brumley Sundown to Sunup Gospel Sing in Arkansas. At the time, Jeff was the bassist for the Singing Americans, while Sheri was performing with The Lewis Family. After being introduced, they married ten months later. After that, Jeff and Sheri traveled and performed as part of The Lewis Family, until they decided to pursue a career alone in 1988. Since that, they have released several albums and have been nominated for various awards. Jeff & Sherri Easter have been frequent performers on the Gaither Homecoming videos and recordings. The Isaacs, a multi-award winning family group who began singing 35 years ago are based out of Hendersonville, TN.
