There’s Power in the Blood Lyrics

Song by Marty Robbins

Would you be free from your burden of sin
There’s power in the blood
Power in the blood
Would you o’er evil a victory win
There’s wonderfull power in the blood

There is power power wonder working power
In the blood of the lamb
There is power power wonder working power
In the precious blood of lamb

Would you be whiter much wither than snow
There’s power in the blood
Power in the blood
Sin’s stains are lost and
It’s life giving flow
There’s one flicker power in the blood

There is power power wonder working power
In the blood of the lamb
There is power power wonder working power
In the precious blood of lamb

Would you do service for Jesus your king
There’s power in the blood
Power in the blood
Would you lift David his praises to sing
There’s wonderful power in the blood

There is power power wonder working power
In the blood of the lamb
There is power power wonder working power
In the precious blood of lamb

Lead Me To That Rock Lyrics

The Oak Ridge Boys, Bill Gaither

Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Oh lead me, yes Lord lead me
Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Thou hast been a shelter for me

Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Oh lead me, yes Lord lead me
Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Thou hast been a shelter for me

Well if you go down in yonder fold and search among the sheep
My brother thou hast been a shelter for me
Well you’ll find Him there so I am told with those He loves to keep
My brother thou hast been a shelter for me

Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Oh lead me, yes Lord lead me
Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Thou hast been a shelter for me

If you’ll go in to the wilderness where dying ones are lost
My brother thou hast been a shelter for me
Well you’ll find Him there to heal and bless no matter what the cost
My brother thou hast been a shelter for me

Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Oh lead me, yes Lord lead me
Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Thou hast been a shelter for me

Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Oh lead me, yes Lord lead me
Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Thou hast been a shelter for me

Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Oh lead me, yes Lord lead me
Why don’t you lead me to that Rock that is higher than I
Thou hast been a shelter for me

Jesus Is Coming Soon Lyrics

Song by The Oak Ridge Boys

Troublesome times are here, filling men’s hearts with fear
Freedom we all hold dear now is at stake
Humbling your hearts to God saves from the chastening rod
Seek the way pilgrims trod, Christians awake

Jesus is coming soon, morning or night or noon
Many will meet their doom, trumpets will sound
All of the dead shall rise, righteous meet in the skies
Going where no one dies, heavenward bound

Troubles will soon be o’er, happy forevermore
When we meet on that shore, free from all care
Rising up in the sky, telling this world goodbye
Homeward we then shall fly, glory to share

Jesus is coming soon, morning or night or noon
Many will meet their doom, trumpets will sound
All of the dead shall rise, righteous meet in the skies
Going where no one dies, heavenward bound

Jesus is coming soon, morning or night or noon
Many will meet their doom, trumpets will sound
All of the dead shall rise, righteous meet in the skies
Going where no one dies, heavenward bound
Heavenward bound, heavenward bound

Because He Lives Lyrics

Song by The Oak Ridge Boys

God sent His son and they called Him Jesus
He came to love, heal and forgive
He lived and He died to buy my pardon
An empty grave is there to
Prove my Savior lives

Because He lives I can face tomorrow
Because He lives all fear is gone
Because I know He holds the future
My life is worth a living
Just because He lives

Then one day I’m gonna cross that river
I’m gonna fight life’s final
Life’s final war with pain
And then as death someday
Gives way to victory
I’m gonna see those lights of glory
And know that my Savior reigns

Because He lives I can face tomorrow
Because He lives all fear is gone
Because I know He holds the future
My life is worth a living
Just because He lives
My life is worth a living
Just because He lives

I’d Rather Have Jesus Lyrics

Song by Jim Reeves

I’d rather have Jesus than silver or gold
I’d rather be His than have riches untold
I’d rather have Jesus than houses or land
I’d rather be led by His nail-pierced hand

Than to be the king of a vast domain
And be held in sin’s dread sway
I’d rather have Jesus than anything
This world affords today

I’d rather have Jesus than worldly applause
I’d rather be faithful to His dear cause
I’d rather have Jesus than worldwide fame
Yes, I’d rather be true to His holy name

Than to be the king of a vast domain
And be held in sin’s dread sway
I’d rather have Jesus than anything
This world affords today

The Oak Ridge Boys – God Will Take Care of You

God Will Take Care of You Lyrics

Song by The Oak Ridge Boys

Be not dismayed whate’er betide
God will take care of you
Beneath his wings of love abide
God will take care of you

God will take care of you
Through every day, o’er all the way
God will take care of you
God will take care of you

No matter what may be the test
Oh my God will take care, yes, of you
Lean, weary soul, on Jesus’ breast
My God will take care of you

Awesome version of “I’ll Fly Away” – Gaither Vocal Band, The Oak Ridge Boys, The Gatlin Brothers

Be blessed and feel free to share to family and friends!

The Gaither Vocal Band is an American southern gospel vocal group, named after its founder and leader Bill Gaither. Founded in the early ’80s, Gaither Vocal Band is one of America’s leading faith-based vocal groups. While Gaither remained the only original member of the ensemble, many well-regarded CCM/gospel singers have passed through the band’s ranks, including Russ Taff, Guy Penrod, Wes Hampton, Michael English, Mark Lowry, and David Phelps. On March 1, 2017, it was announced that the Gaither Vocal Band lineup consisted of Reggie Smith, Wes Hampton, Adam Crabb, Todd Suttles, and Bill Gaither. Although the group started out recording contemporary Christian music in the 1980s, it became known for southern gospel after the popularity of the Gaither Homecoming videos.” (Source: Wikipedia)

I’ll Fly Away Lyrics

Gaither Vocal Band, The Oak Ridge Boys, Gatlin Brothers

Some glad morning when this life is over
I’ll fly away
To a home on God’s celestial shore
I’ll fly away

I’ll fly away, Oh Glory
I’ll fly away
When I die, Hallelujah, by and by
I’ll fly away

When the shadows of this life have gone
I’ll fly away
Like a bird from prison bars has flown
I’ll fly away

I’ll fly away, Oh Glory
I’ll fly away
When I die, Hallelujah, by and by
I’ll fly away

Just a few more weary days and then
I’ll fly away
To a that land where joy will never end
I’ll fly away

I’ll fly away, Oh Glory
I’ll fly away
When I die, Hallelujah, by and by
I’ll fly away
