About Carrie Underwood

Carrie Underwood was born on March 10, 1983 at Muskogee, Oklahoma, U.S.A.. She rose to stardom when she won the American Idol in 2005. Carrie received the top prize of a recording contract with 19 Recordings/Arista Records. Her album Some Hearts (2005) was a massive commercial hit. It eventually selling more than seven million copies. This made her a status as one of American Idol’s most successful alumni.
