We Believe Lyrics

I believe in the Father who created all that is
And I believe the universe and all therein is His
As a loving Heavenly Father, He yearned to save us all
To lift us from the fall….I believe.

I believe in Jesus the Father’s only Son
Existing uncreated before time had begun
A sacrifice for sin, He died then rose again
To ransom sinful men…I believe.

I believe in the Spirit who makes believers one
My heart is filled with His presence
The Comforter has come
The kingdom unfolds in His plan
Unhindered by quarrels of man
His church upheld by His hand…I believe.

Though the earth be removed
And time be no more
These truths are secure
God’s word shall endure
Whatever may change, these things are sure…We believe.

So if the mountains are cast down into the plains
When kingdoms all crumble, this one remains
Our faith is not subject to seasons of man
With our fathers we proclaim
We believe our Lord will come as He said
The land and the sea will give up their dead
His children will reign with Him as their head
We believe.

We believe in the Father and all He has done
We believe in Jesus, his one and only Son
And we believe in the Spirit who makes believers one
We believe
We believe
We believe

On The Way Home Lyrics

The Booth Brothers

I’m only passin’ through on my way Home
Heaven is the place where I belong
More than just a feeling or a dream
A land beyond the stars is calling me
When the Savior comes for me, I’ll go
To live forever, finally at Home

I’ve searched the world far and wide tryin’ to fit in
To find the place where I was meant to be
But I never felt the peace inside I was lookin’ for
Until I walked the road to Calvary
Kneeling there I realized there was so much more
Than this old world could ever hold for me

I’m only passin’ through on my way Home
Heaven is the place where I belong
More than just a feeling or a dream
A land beyond the stars is calling me
When the Savior comes for me, I’ll go
To live forever, finally at Home

My mind cannot imagine what these eyes will behold
When I reach that land of brilliant light
Captured in the moment that I’ve waited for so long
I will gaze in wonder and delight
For now I’ll keep on travelin’ this road that leads me Home
Soon I’ll take my Heavenly flight

I’m only passin’ through on my way Home
Heaven is the place where I belong
More than just a feeling or a dream
A land beyond the stars is calling me
When the Savior comes for me, I’ll go
To live forever, finally at Home

Days that last forever, night will never come
Over the horizon there’s no setting sun

I’m only passin’ through on my way Home
Heaven is the place where I belong
More than just
a feeling or a dream
A land beyond the stars is calling me
When the Savior comes for me, I’ll go
To live forever, finally at Home

I’m only passin’ through on my way Home

The Touch Of The Master’s Hand

Song by The Booth Brothers

Well it was battered and scared,
And the auctioneer felt it was hardly worth his while,
To waste much time on the old violin but he held it up with a smile,
Well it sure ain’t much but its all we got left I guess we aught to sell it to,
Oh, now who’ll start the bid on this old violin?
Just one more and we’ll be through.

And then he cried one give me one dollar,
Who’ll make it two only two dollars who’ll make it three,
Three dollars twice now that’s a good price,
Now who’s gonna bid for me?
Raise up your hand now don’t wait any longer the auctions about to end,
Who’s got four Just one dollar more to bid on this old violin?

Well the air was hot and the people stood around as the sun was setting low,
From the back of the crowd a gray haired man,
Came forward and picked up the bow,
He wiped the dust from the old violin then he tightened up the strings,
Then he played out a melody pure and sweet, sweeter than the Angels sing,
And then the music stopped and the auctioneer,
With a voice that was quiet and low he said now what am I bid,
For this old violin and he held it up with a bow.

And then he cried out one give me one thousand,
Who’ll make it two only two thousand who’ll make it three,
Three thousand twice you know that’s a good price,
Common who’s gonna to bid for me?
And the people cried out what made the change we don’t understand,
Then the auctioneer stopped and he said with a smile,
It was the touch of the Master’s hand.

You know threes many a man with his life out of tune,
Battered and scared with sin and he’s auctioned cheap,
To a thankless world much like that old violin,
Oh, but then the Master comes,
And that old foolish crowd they never understand,
The worth of a soul and the change that is rought,
Just by one touch of the Masters hand.

And then he cried out one give me one thousand,
Who’ll make it two only two thousand who’ll make it three,
Three thousand twice you know that’s a good price,
Common who’s gonna bid for me?
And the people cried out what made the change we don’t understand,
Then the auctioneer stopped and he said with a smile,
It was the touch, that’s all it was; it was the touch of the Master’s hand,
It was the touch of the Master’s hand; oh, it was the touch of the Master’s hand

Lord I Hope This Day Is Good Lyrics

Lord, I hope this day is good
I’m feelin’ empty and misunderstood
I should be thankful, Lord, I know I should
But Lord I hope this day is good

Lord, have you forgotten me
I’ve been prayin’ to you faithfully
I’m not sayin’ I’m a righteous man
But Lord I hope you understand

I don’t need fortune and I don’t need fame
Send down the thunder, Lord, send down the rain
But when you’re plannin’ just how it will be
Plan a good day for me

Lord, I hope this day is good
I’m feelin’ empty and misunderstood
I should be thankful, Lord, I know I should
But Lord I hope this day is good

You’ve been the King since the dawn of time
All that I’m askin’ is a little less crime
It might be hard for the devil to do
But it would be easy for you

Lord, I hope this day is good
I’m feelin’ empty and misunderstood
I should be thankful, Lord, I know I should
But Lord I hope this day is good

He Saw It All Lyrics

Song by The Booth Brothers

I love this next nominated song
Especially the way these guy bring it
The blind man saw it all, here are The Booth Brothers

I was working in town one afternoon
Attending some business affairs
I heard a commotion a couple streets over
And wondered what’s happenin’ there
A young man was running from in that direction
And stopped just to catch his breath
I asked him to please tell me what was the hurry
He smiled up at me and he said

I was trying to catch the crippled man
Did he run past this way?
He was rushing home to tell everyone
What Jesus did today
And the mute man was telling myself and the deaf girl
He’s leaving to answer God’s call
It’s hard to believe but if you don’t trust me
Ask the blind man, he saw it all
Go ask the blind man, he saw it all

Who could claim that Mahattan Mc. Cain only the Lord Jesus Christ

So my friend if the troubles and burdens you carry
Are heavy and dragging you down
You’ve tried everything you can possibly think of
There’s no relief to be found
That very same Jesus that altered the future
Of a blind man, the deaf, and the lame
Is still reaching out in your hour of trouble
One touch and you’re never the same

You’ll be trying to catch the crippled man
Did he run past this way?
He was rushing home to tell everyone
What Jesus did today
And the mute man was telling myself and the deaf girl
He’s leaving to answer God’s call
It’s hard to believe but if you don’t trust me
Ask the blind man, he saw it all
Go ask the blind man, he saw it all
He saw it all…

I Played In The Band And Sang In The Choir Lyrics

I played in the band, I sang in a choir
I wrote a few songs that gave a few people hope
Every once in a while I started a fire
When they asked me up there what did you do down there
I’ll say it was my heart felt desire
To play in the band, to write a few songs, and sing in the choir

Some think you got to be the big dog and lead all the little dogs around
You’ve got to sing a solo, preach a great sermon or be the biggest hottest thing in town
I guess I’m just a simple man with a simple desire
To play in the band, write a few songs, Lord I want to sing in the choir

I played in the band, I sang in a choir
I wrote a few songs that gave a few people hope
Every once in a while I started a fire
When they asked me up there what did you do down there
I’ll say it was my heart felt desire
To play in the band, write a few songs, and sing in the choir

I played in the band, I sang in a choir (yes, I did)
I wrote a few songs that gave a few people hope
Every once in a while I started a fire
When they asked me up there what did you do down there
I’ll say it was my heart felt desire
To play in the band, write a few songs, and sing in the choir

Played in the band, I sang in a choir
Wrote a few songs that gave a few people hope
Every once in a while I started a fire
When they asked me up there what did you do down there
I’ll say it was my heart felt desire, heart felt desire
To play in the band, write a few songs, and sing in the choir
I played in the band, wrote a few songs, and sang in the choir
