All Over The World Lyrics

Album: The Best of the Booth Brothers

All over the world the gospel grows planted in human hearts
All over the world the Father shows the love that’s in His heart
And His voice goes out to every part ’til everyone has heard
And the wind of the Spirit brings new life in Christ all over the world

For the glory of the Father; for the honor of His name
For the fullness of His pleasure; for the radiance of His fame
So let the nations rejoice; let them lift up their voice
Everybody sing His praises; praise Him all over the world

All over the world God’s blessings flow to every humble heart
All over the world His favor shows the longing of His Heart
That His people be filled with His great delight fully satisfied
Finding their greatest joy in obedience to Christ all over the world

For the glory of the Father; for the honor of His name
For the fullness of His pleasure; for the radiance of His fame
So let the nations rejoice; let them lift up their voice
Everybody sing His praises; praise Him all over the world

He gave us sight so that we could see
He gave us light so that we could believe

For the glory of the Father; for the honor of His name
For the fullness of His pleasure; for the radiance of His fame
So let the nations rejoice; let them lift up their voice
Everybody sing His praises; praise Him all over the world

For the glory of the Father; for the honor of His name
For the fullness of His pleasure; for the radiance of His fame
So let the nations rejoice; let them lift up their voice
Everybody sing His praises; praise Him all over the world

So let the nations rejoice; let them lift up their voice
Everybody sing His praises;
Sing, sing, sing all over the world

Satisfied (Hymn) Lyrics

  1. All my life I had a longing
For a drink from some clear spring,
That I hoped would quench the burning
Of the thirst I felt within.
    • Refrain:
      Hallelujah! I have found Him
Whom my soul so long has craved!
      Jesus satisfies my longings,
Through His blood I now am saved.
  2. Feeding on the husks around me,
Till my strength was almost gone,
Longed my soul for something better,
    Only still to hunger on.
  3. Poor I was, and sought for riches,
    Something that would satisfy,
But the dust I gathered round me
Only mocked my soul’s sad cry.
  4. Well of water, ever springing,
Bread of life so rich and free,
    Untold wealth that never faileth,
    My Redeemer is to me.

Goin’ Home Lyrics

Song by David Phelps

Goin’ home, goin’ home, I’m a goin’ home
Quiet like, some still day, I’m just goin’ home
It’s not far, just close by, through an open door
Work all done, care laid by
Going to fear no more
Mother’s there, expecting me
Father’s waiting too
Lots of folks gathered there
All the friends I knew

Nothin’s lost, all is gain
No more fret or pain
No more stumblin’ on the way
No more longin’ for the day
Goin’ to roam no more

Morning star lights the way
Restless dream all done
Shadows gone, break of day
Real life just begun
There’s no break, There’s no end
I’ll be living on.
Wide awake with a smile, going on and on
Goin’ home, goin’ home, I’m a goin’ home

It’s not far, just close by, through an open door
I’ll be goin’ home, I’ll be goin’ home
I’m goin’ home, I’m goin’ home
Lord I’m goin’ home

Journey To The Sky lyrics

There’s only one thing that I long for
When I reach my home on high
To see my Jesus in His glory
And to reign with Him on high

I’ll be so glad to see my mother
Who has gone, gone on to that land
Oh, but I long to see my Jesus
And by His side to stand

Without a father, without a mother
I’ve had to make this journey by myself
Sometimes so friendless, heartaches seem endless
So many sorrows I have known

But I know my Lord will call me
To that mansion in the sky
And I shall reign with Him forever
In that sweet home by and by, ny and by

So many times my heavy burden
Have borne, borne me to my knees
But then I prayed, “Oh, blessed Jesus
Won’t You help me if You please”

And He would hasten to my rescue
I no longer have to cry
And so I’ll keep my Savior with me
On my journey, journey to the sky

Well, well, well

Without a father, without a mother
I’ve had to make this journey by myself
Sometimes so friendless, heartaches seem endless
On my journey, journey to the sky, to the sky

Glorious Impossible Lyrics

Song by Gaither Vocal Band

See the Virgin is delivered
In a cold and crowded stall
Mirror of the Father’s glory
Lies beside her in the straw

He is Mercy’s incarnation
Marvel at this miracle!
For the Virgin gently holds
The Glorious Impossible

Love has come to walk on water
Turn the water into wine
Touch the leper, bless the children
Love both human and divine

Praise the wisdom of the Father
Who has spoken through His Son
Speaking still, He calls us to
The Glorious Impossible

Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Glorious Impossible

He was bruised for our transgressions
And He bears eternal scars
He was raised for our salvation
And His righteousness is ours

Praise, oh praise Him, praise the glory
Of this lavish grace so full
Lift your souls now and receive the
Glorious Impossible!

Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Glorious Impossible

Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Glorious Impossible
Glorious Impossible

Praise, oh praise Him, praise the glory
Of this lavish grace so full
Lift your souls now and receive
The Glorious Impossible

Glory, Hallelujah
Glory, Hallelujah
Glory, Hallelujah
Glory, Hallelujah
Glory, Hallelujah
Glory, Hallelujah
Glory, Hallelujah

Better Day Lyrics

Song by Gaither Vocal Band

Could that view from your window
Be a little bit brighter?
Could that load you’ve been carrying
Feel a little bit lighter?

Well hold on, just hold on
That crayon sun’s got a smile on its face
Those clouds hangin’ ’round no, they ain’t gonna stay
Keep your arms wide open ’cause it’s heading’ your way

Look, come yonder there’s a better day
Better day… better day…
Could those legs you’ve been walkin’ on
Feel a little bit stronger?

Could that rain you’ve been walking through
Not last much longer?
Well hold on, just hold on
Oh, that crayon sun’s got a smile on its face

Those clouds hangin’ ’round, no they ain’t gonna stay
Keep your arms wide open ’cause it’s heading’ your way
Look, come yonder there’s a better day
Better day… better day…

Keep your arms wide open ’cause it’s heading’ your way
Look, come yonder there’s a better day
Better day… better day…
Could those dreams you’ve been dreamin’

Find a few more believers?
Could that song you’ve been singin’
Be a little bit sweeter?
Well, that crayon sun’s got a smile on its face

Those clouds hangin’ ’round, no they ain’t gonna stay
Keep your arms wide open ’cause it’s heading’ your way
Look, come yonder there’s a better day
Better day… better day…

There’s gonna be a better day
There’s gonna be a better day

He Saw It All Lyrics

Song by The Booth Brothers

I love this next nominated song
Especially the way these guy bring it
The blind man saw it all, here are The Booth Brothers

I was working in town one afternoon
Attending some business affairs
I heard a commotion a couple streets over
And wondered what’s happenin’ there
A young man was running from in that direction
And stopped just to catch his breath
I asked him to please tell me what was the hurry
He smiled up at me and he said

I was trying to catch the crippled man
Did he run past this way?
He was rushing home to tell everyone
What Jesus did today
And the mute man was telling myself and the deaf girl
He’s leaving to answer God’s call
It’s hard to believe but if you don’t trust me
Ask the blind man, he saw it all
Go ask the blind man, he saw it all

Who could claim that Mahattan Mc. Cain only the Lord Jesus Christ

So my friend if the troubles and burdens you carry
Are heavy and dragging you down
You’ve tried everything you can possibly think of
There’s no relief to be found
That very same Jesus that altered the future
Of a blind man, the deaf, and the lame
Is still reaching out in your hour of trouble
One touch and you’re never the same

You’ll be trying to catch the crippled man
Did he run past this way?
He was rushing home to tell everyone
What Jesus did today
And the mute man was telling myself and the deaf girl
He’s leaving to answer God’s call
It’s hard to believe but if you don’t trust me
Ask the blind man, he saw it all
Go ask the blind man, he saw it all
He saw it all…

I Played In The Band And Sang In The Choir Lyrics

I played in the band, I sang in a choir
I wrote a few songs that gave a few people hope
Every once in a while I started a fire
When they asked me up there what did you do down there
I’ll say it was my heart felt desire
To play in the band, to write a few songs, and sing in the choir

Some think you got to be the big dog and lead all the little dogs around
You’ve got to sing a solo, preach a great sermon or be the biggest hottest thing in town
I guess I’m just a simple man with a simple desire
To play in the band, write a few songs, Lord I want to sing in the choir

I played in the band, I sang in a choir
I wrote a few songs that gave a few people hope
Every once in a while I started a fire
When they asked me up there what did you do down there
I’ll say it was my heart felt desire
To play in the band, write a few songs, and sing in the choir

I played in the band, I sang in a choir (yes, I did)
I wrote a few songs that gave a few people hope
Every once in a while I started a fire
When they asked me up there what did you do down there
I’ll say it was my heart felt desire
To play in the band, write a few songs, and sing in the choir

Played in the band, I sang in a choir
Wrote a few songs that gave a few people hope
Every once in a while I started a fire
When they asked me up there what did you do down there
I’ll say it was my heart felt desire, heart felt desire
